  • These templates are written specifically for hair salons, but they also work well for barbershops, suites, and small spas. You can edit the wording in Canva to match your exact services and structure.

  • No. A free Canva account works perfectly. If you happen to see a Canva Pro image inside a template, you can easily swap it for a free image with one click. You can also upload and use your own salon photos, which I recommend. It makes the document feel more personal and aligned with your brand.

  • These templates are not legal advice. They provide a structured starting point. You should review and adjust them to align with your local employment laws and business requirements.

  • Yes. Every template is fully editable. You can adjust policies, tone, formatting, and add your logo, colors, and salon details.

Contact Me

  • Most templates are delivered through a Canva editing link, which allows you to open and customize the file directly in your own Canva account.

    If a product is not designed in Canva, it will be provided as an editable Google Doc.

    Squarespace website templates are delivered separately with step-by-step instructions. After purchase, the template is transferred to the email address associated with your Squarespace account so you can install it properly.

  • Salon software tracks appointments and numbers. These templates focus on structure, expectations, onboarding, culture, and communication. They fill the gaps software does not cover.

  • Most people customize a single template in less than an hour. Larger documents like the Master Salon Handbook may take a weekend, depending on how much you personalize.

  • You can reach out. If something feels unclear while you’re editing or implementing, I’m happy to help you think it through so you can move forward with confidence.
