No. A free Canva account works perfectly. If you happen to see a Canva Pro image inside a template, you can easily swap it for a free image with one click. You can also upload and use your own salon photos, which I recommend. It makes the document feel more personal and aligned with your brand.

Yes. Every template is fully editable. You can adjust policies, tone, formatting, and add your logo, colors, and salon details.

Most templates are delivered through a Canva editing link, which allows you to open and customize the file directly in your own Canva account.
If a product is not designed in Canva, it will be provided as an editable Google Doc.
Squarespace website templates are delivered separately with step-by-step instructions. After purchase, the template is transferred to the email address associated with your Squarespace account so you can install it properly.
