2. Purchases & Digital Products
By purchasing a template from Beauty Blueprint Lab ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you ("Customer," "you," or "your") agree to the following terms:
Digital Product – All templates sold are digital products, meaning no physical items will be shipped. You will receive access to your purchased template upon payment confirmation.
Non-Refundable – Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once a purchase has been made and the digital file has been delivered. Please review the product details carefully before purchasing.
License & Usage – Your purchase grants you one (1) non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the template for your salon business. You may customize and edit the template for your own use. You may not resell, redistribute, share, or claim the template as your own original work.
Template Formats – Templates are delivered as editable files in Canva, Google Docs, or Squarespace format as specified in the product description.
Squarespace Templates – Squarespace website templates require an active Squarespace subscription (sold separately). Your purchase does not include a Squarespace plan or any third-party tools required for your website.
Modifications & Customization – You are free to customize your template to fit your brand and business needs. However, we are not responsible for any errors, design changes, or functionality issues resulting from modifications made beyond the original template structure.
Support – Basic setup guidance is provided with template purchase. Technical support for third-party platforms (Canva, Google Docs, Squarespace) is not included.
Intellectual Property – All templates, designs, and related materials remain the intellectual property of Beauty Blueprint Lab. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or reselling is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
3. User Content
In these terms and conditions, "Your Content" shall mean any audio, video, text, images, or other material you choose to submit through contact forms or communications on this website. By submitting Your Content, you grant Beauty Blueprint Lab permission to use it for customer service and business purposes.
Your Content must be your own and must not be infringing on any third party's rights. Beauty Blueprint Lab reserves the right to delete any communications or submissions at any time without notice.
4. User Accounts
If you create an account on this website (through our email list or customer portal), you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password and for restricting access to your computer or device. Templates are provided "as is" and Beauty Blueprint Lab makes no guarantees about specific business outcomes, revenue results, or client responses resulting from use of our templates.

You hereby indemnify to the fullest extent Beauty Blueprint Lab from and against any and/or all liabilities, costs, demands, causes of action, damages, and expenses arising in any way related to your breach of any of the provisions of these terms.

These terms will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in California for the resolution of any disputes.

Beauty Blueprint Lab reserves the right to revise these terms and conditions at any time as it sees fit, and by using this website, you are expected to review these terms on a regular basis to ensure you understand all terms and conditions governing the use of this website.

We may terminate or suspend access to our website immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.
